SYSTECH ILLINOIS 합병 가스분석기기 제조업을 선도하고 있는 SYSTECH Instruments 와 ILLINOIS Instruments 의 2010. 9.2일자로 합병을 알리게 되어 기쁩니다. 두 회사는 1985년 이래로 긴밀하게 일해왔고 이번 합병은 전세계의 고객과 판매 대리점 그리고 직원들에게 상호 이익을 가져올 것입니다. 이 합병은 R&D, 제조, 영업, 마케팅 및 서비스분야의 공동자원화로 효율성을 더욱 높일 것입니다.
